The morning after

After visiting with Dr. Morden yesterday, she came to conclusion that the exhaustion, fatigue and unmotivation was partly due to my adrenal glands being blocked. Or as we know it (adrenaline). She gave me some vitamins to take and sent me on my way.  Well this morning I couldn’t have jumped out of bed any higher. I’ve been in a great mood all day, getting tasks done at work and regaining some much needed momentum.  For anyone struggling with exhaustion I recommend taking B vitamins 1, 12, 5 and 6. With a vitamin called ADR.  I know it’s been only one day. But going from wanting to sleep all day to working fast and efficiently is a huge step in my eyes.  I’m feeling more motivation today which is an amazing feeling to get back.  The withdrawal symptoms are gone for now, but was told they could come back within a year. So I’m learning to accept the fact I’ll have my bad days every now and then, but I know that the future is looking brighter and brighter each day.  For anyone struggling with addiction or alcoholism please!, keep coming back. So god, grant me the serenity, to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference.
