Suffering in silence 

Today is a big day for people with mental illnesses as we take some time to help remind them, they are not alone. #BellLetsTalk is a great initiative that supports mental illness and creates awareness about various issues which is a great way of getting people talking. Do not suffer alone!! There are so many people out there that can help you recover and feel better. It’s ok to seek help, it does not mean you are weak or inadequate.  You are a fighter and a strong person, for doing whatever it takes to defeat it.  I am here for anyone who wants to talk! I will always be available for you. You have a choice. Please, do not suffer in silence .
