This page is for anyone struggling with mental health or knows someone close to them who is.  Myself, along with a few other writers have put together a ton of information and knowledge on various topics dealing with mental illnesses.  This is a work in progress, but if we can help anyone out there who has struggled like we have then it makes it all worth while.

My background doesn’t involve any training or university degrees on psychology.  I’ve never taken a counselling course or have worked in the field of psychiatric care. 

What I do possess is something you can not teach.  what you can not learn.  Or what you can not train.  I’m a survivor of depression, anxiety, stress, abuse, bullying, addiction and alcoholism.  For these reasons alone I made this page to share with you on how to overcome. 

You can not teach someone to feel how you feel.  Someone whose never had to deal with what your going through, may say they can understand, but they really have no idea. 

I can understand

I’m going to tell you my story in posts along the way, as well sharing other peoples stories of struggle, you will read about my tips and methods on how I was able to overcome it all.  This is no gimmick or theory.  these methods WILL work for you.  YOU need to follow the directions and read all the topics as they all relate to one another.  I can not make you feel better, but I can certainly show you how.

You will see at the very top of this page numerous topics my writers and myself have touched upon.  Some topics have multiple blogs while others are being worked on as we speak.  please follow our page to show support for everyone involved and participate in comments to share YOUR story to help potentially save a life.

  1. Hey, I just saw this through Twitter, and I’ve got a few questions. First (as what’s wrong with me) I have severe depression, severe anxiety, severe insomnia, an eating disorder, bipolar, and I have suicidal thoughts everyday. Is there any exercises to help with any of these things?
